To help employees reduce work pressure, enrich their daily lives, and strengthen communication among team members, PHLTD Penghan organized an outdoor outing activity for some employees from the Sales Department on August 10, 2025.
This employee outing provided team members with an opportunity to temporarily step away from their busy work schedules, relax in a natural environment, and improve communication and relationships within the team through a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
During the summer season, Huangtan Cave offered a beautiful natural environment with green mountains, fresh air, and clear streams, making it an ideal destination for employees to relax and recharge. During the activity, members of the Sales Team explored the natural scenery together, walked along mountain paths, enjoyed the surrounding views, and spent quality time outdoors.
Different from traditional team training activities, this outing focused more on relaxation and communication. Team members temporarily put aside the pressure of market development and customer communication, shared work experiences and personal thoughts, and gained a deeper understanding of each other through casual conversations.
The Sales Team is an important force behind PHLTD Penghan’s market expansion and business development. In their daily work, sales employees actively respond to market challenges, maintain effective communication with customers, and provide strong support for the company’s continued growth.
