In order to enrich the lives of employees outside of work, strengthen communication and cooperation among team members, and enhance team cohesion, PHLTD Penghan Planning Department organized some employees to go to Wangxing Valley for outdoor camping and team building activities.
This activity allows employees to temporarily step away from the rhythm of daily work, enter a natural environment to relax, enhance mutual understanding in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, and improve the tacit understanding and cooperation ability between teams.
Before the event began, the company prepared a variety of ingredients and necessary items in advance, providing employees with good activity support. During the camping process, everyone actively participates and collaborates with each other. Some employees are responsible for cleaning ingredients, some are responsible for preparing dishes, and some participate in cooking and making. Everyone is involved and experiences the joy of teamwork in the process of creating delicious food together.
Through everyone’s joint efforts, a rich table of dishes was finally completed. Employees sit together, sharing the fruits of their labor, enjoying delicious food, and having relaxed and enjoyable communication time. The atmosphere on site was lively, and everyone established more natural and in-depth communication outside of work.
After the meal, team members participated in interactive games together, and the scene was filled with laughter and joy. Through relaxed activity formats, employees have further deepened their understanding and strengthened trust and collaborative relationships among teams.
The Planning Department is an important department responsible for brand promotion, event planning, and content management at PHLTD Penghan. In daily work, team members need to continuously generate creativity and maintain efficient collaboration. This outdoor camping activity not only provided employees with opportunities to relax and communicate, but also helped the team to engage in future work in a more positive state.
