In order to alleviate employees’ work pressure, enhance cross job communication, and improve team cohesion, PHLTD Penghan organized some personnel from the office to go to Dongtou, Wenzhou to carry out island team building. Everyone visited Dongtou Xiao’er Lake and Golden Beach, experienced the activity of rushing to the sea in Granite Fishing Village, and tasted authentic seafood together. In the environment of blue sea and sky, beach and sea breeze, they spent a relaxed and happy team time.
This team building is located in Baidao Dongtou, where various activities such as internet celebrity check-in, beach play, fishing village fishing, and seafood cuisine are available. The activity abandons the dull and rigid indoor expansion and adopts a relaxed seaside leisure mode, which is more in line with the preferences of young employees, easy to relieve stress, and has strong fun.
On the morning of the event, everyone gathered together and set off for the first stop at the popular scenic spot of Dongtou Xiao’er Lake (Zhongyu Scenic Area). The blue and white rainbow breakwater, sea piano, and seaside lighthouse create a beautiful sea view scenery. Part of the staff at PHLTD Penghan Office can freely form teams to take photos and group portraits. With blue skies and white clouds paired with clear oceans, they can easily capture beautiful sea view photos. Everyone temporarily put aside their work identities, chatted and had fun, breaking down the communication barriers between departments, and the atmosphere on site was very harmonious.
At noon, the company prepared an authentic Dongtou seafood feast for everyone. Crabs, shellfish, sea fish, shrimp and other seafood are all freshly caught on the same day, preserving the original flavor of fishermen’s fresh food. Everyone sat around the table, chatting about interesting work and life stories, eliminating the sense of distance between superiors and subordinates, and sharing the happy moments of playing with each other. This seafood feast is a heartwarming tribute from the company to the hard work of its employees, and it also makes the team more united amidst laughter and joy.
After finishing the trip to Xiao’er Lake, the team went to Dongtou Jinshatan for leisure and sightseeing. The sand here is soft, the beach surface is flat, and the sea water is gentle, making it very suitable for playing in the water and relaxing. Everyone relieved their work pressure, freely grouped to have water fights and frolic on the waves, and the beach was filled with laughter and joy. Employees who work diligently on weekdays can unleash their energy to the fullest. Some people take barefoot walks and pick up seashells, while others sit quietly and watch the sea, letting the sea breeze blow away the fatigue of sitting for long periods of time in the office. There were no mandatory tasks throughout the entire process, and everyone was free to interact with each other in groups, deepening the tacit understanding among colleagues through relaxed play.
After the low tide in the afternoon, everyone went to Granite Fishing Village to experience the original ecology of sea fishing. The fishing village is close to the mountain and faces the sea. The characteristic stone houses are well arranged. There are all kinds of small seafood hidden in the seaside reef mudflat. Everyone bring small buckets and clips, search for small crabs, clams, scallops and other seafood in the crevices of the rocks, and immerse yourself in the fun of fishing. Every time seafood is harvested, it brings cheers from everyone. Everyone helps each other, shares skills, and gets closer to each other through collaborative interaction, experiencing the authentic atmosphere of island life. Everyone has gained a lot and left a unique memory for this team building.
