To help employees relax after busy work schedules, reduce daily work pressure, and enhance communication among team members, PHLTD Penghan organized a team dinner activity for the Marketing Planning Department at Haidilao on September 2, 2025.
This employee gathering provided a comfortable and enjoyable opportunity for team members to take a break from their daily responsibilities, communicate with colleagues, and strengthen relationships in a relaxed environment.
During the dinner, the team enjoyed Haidilao’s well-known service experience and a warm dining atmosphere. The restaurant staff prepared thoughtful greetings for the team, and a birthday celebration song brought additional happiness to the event. While enjoying the food, employees shared work experiences, discussed daily life, and exchanged ideas in a friendly atmosphere. The relaxed interaction helped shorten the distance between colleagues and further strengthened team connections.
